Cottonwood

Cottonwood has a queen-size bed. Lovely wall mural of a forest.  Lower floor (6 steps down).  Window looks out onto yard and front sidewalk, with a daylight basement view of the lake.  Bathroom with shower stall is across the hall and is shared with any guests staying in the other downstairs room.  Laundry is also in the bathroom, and is shared with the *whole* house.  Use of downstairs kitchen, the hot tub, entertainment area.  SmartTV with streaming services only, and hi-speed WiFi provided.

PETS: We do allow pets conditionally: We require a $35.00 per night per dog fee, payable upon arrival. Dogs are NOT allowed upstairs or on ANY furniture. Cats are welcome but must have a litter box and are not allowed on furniture. ALL pet excrement must be cleaned after and disposed of in the garbage cans along the north side of the garage.
