Whole House (RW)

Riverwood house has 4 bedrooms with large closets, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, hi-speed WiFi throughout, outdoor hot tub on lower deck, upper deck overlooking Lake Roosevelt, comfortably appointed living and dining rooms with stunning views, commercial kitchen upstairs and another full kitchen downstairs.  A recreation room downstairs has an entertainment library of DVDs, books, and board/card games, and a DVD player.  SmartTVs on both floors provide streaming services only.  Garage space may be available upon request.  NOTE: breakfast not provided for whole house rental.

PETS:  We do allow pets under the following conditions: We require a $35.00 per night per dog fee, payable upon arrival. Dogs are NOT allowed in the carpeted upstairs areas of the house, in the upstairs (commercial) kitchen or on any of the furniture. Cats are welcome but must arrive with a litter box and are not allowed on upstairs furniture. ALL pet excrement must be picked up and cleaned after, then disposed of in the garbage cans along the north side of the garage.
